Hiring for Videographer

Job Overview:

Started in 2012 by a husband and wife team, Blue Line Aviation is a professional flight school currently located at Raleigh-Durham International Airport with our corporate office located in Morrisville. We strive to push the status quo in flight training while providing quality and innovative training to our students. We will be opening our new training/corporate headquarters Fall 2021 in Smithfield, NC.

We are seeking a full time videographer at our new flight school facility out of Johnston Regional Airport in Smithfield, NC. A portfolio IS REQUIRED of video content that you were directly involved with creating (preferably that you solely worked on and a mixture of long-form, as well as short-form, content).

* COVID vaccination NOT a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating long and short form content for social media in a timely manner,
• Video creation and publishing,
• Content caption creation,
• Anything as requested by the Content Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication,
• Highly organized,
• Detailed oriented,
• Able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment,
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to attend events outside of our facility (sometimes out of state or country).

Education, Work Experience, Etc.:

• Must have experience:
  • 2 years marketing/content creation experience,
  • 2 years videography experience,
  • Familiar with operating DSLR cameras.
  • Video production through Adobe Suite Products (i.e. Premiere, After Effects, etc.).

• Preferred experience:
  
  • Operating Apple iOS and MacOS devices,
  • Adobe Illustrator (or general graphic design experience)
  • Navigating popular social platforms (i.e. TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
