Job Overview:

Started in 2012 by husband and wife team, Blue Line Aviation is a professional pilot school currently located in at Raleigh-Durham International Airport with our corporate office located in Morrisville. We strive to push the status quo in flight training while providing quality and innovative training to our students. 

We are seeking a full-time dispatcher for at our corporate office in Morrisville. Responsibilities include:

  • Dispatch flights per regulatory, risk management, and policy guidelines
  • Track dispatched flights, monitoring for weather, late flights, or unusual situations.
  • Assist in maintaining training and maintenance records.
  • Coordinating logistics of parking planes in hangars and the flight line.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Dispatcher Qualifications/Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication,

  • Detailed oriented but able to see big picture,
  • Able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment,
  • Customer focused mindset,
  • Able to quickly assess and solve problems.
Education, Work Experience, Etc.:
  • 1 year customer service experience,
  • 1 year scheduling or planning experience,
  • FAA certified pilot or a good understanding of general aviation and flight training,
  • Understanding of safety and risk management principles and procedures,
  • High School Degree required – college degree in aviation preferred,
  • Apple iOS,
  • Microsoft Office.
