Hiring for Scheduler

Smithfield, NC | Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a full time scheduler for at our corporate office in Smithfield. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining training and checkride schedules for assigned customers.
  • Cross referencing schedules to training records to ensure sufficient appointments exists.
  • Coordinate aircraft assignments based on maintenance planning with the Operations Manager.
  • Report student problems to the Operations Manager.

  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to drive to Smithfield, NC after our move in Summer 2021.
Education, Work Experience, Etc.:
  • 1 year professional experience,
  • High School Degree required – College degree preferred,
  • Apple iOS,
  • Hubspot preferred,
  • Microsoft Office.
