Frequently asked questions
What are the minimum medical requirements? +
You will need a FAA First Class Medical Certificate to be employed by the airlines after training. We can assist you in locating an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and avoiding pitfalls.
Is financial aid or loan financing available? +
Yes, we partner with premier aviation lenders to provide flexible financing choices that cover your tuition, local housing, and other costs. Refinancing sources with lower rates are available after graduation for qualified borrowers.
Do you provide student housing relocation support? +
Yes, we offer fully furnished, modern student housing options close to our training environments in both North Carolina and Florida.
How does the timeline stay on track? +
Our immersive 5.5-month track efficiently coordinates all instructional flight blocks, ground work, and simulator time so weather delays won't stunt your progress.

Our flagship career tracks are built for full-time fast-tracking, therefore it's not possible to retain a job during our intense training.
What is the student-to-instructor ratio? +
We maintain a strict 2:1 ratio to ensure you get dedicated individual daily attention and open plane access without layover backlogs.
What happens if weather cancels a flight? +
While 5.5 Months seems like a short time, we have 4-6 weeks of buffer time built in to allow for possible delays. Canceled flights are quickly rescheduled within the buffer slots to ensure you stay on time overall.
Are there age requirements to enter the program? +
You must be at least 17 years old to enter our program and earn your private pilot certificate and 18 for commercial privileges.
